DTS Trading is a B2B sourcing and distribution specialist for disposable products across the hygiene, medical, industrial, construction, retail and food manufacturing sectors.

The company is now looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator / Administrator to streamline all the corporate business processes across marketing, sales and operations.

This is a starting role that offers and opportunity to gain extensive experience in marketing and sales within a growing company. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to learn everything about business processes, sales and marketing operations. This is a newly created role with direct reporting to the Director of Marketing and Operations, and everyday collaboration with the DTS Sales Team. The role does not require any previous experience. Some experience in assistant / sales / marketing roles will be beneficial but not essential. The attitudinal attributes listed below in bold are essentials for the role.

  • Assist in the annual marketing strategy, planning and execution;

  • Generate sector marketing research and collect sector news feeds for the sales team;

  • Assist Marketing Director with product datasheets, presentations and video content;

  • Promote the company’s LinkedIn and Twitter profiles; create short social media posts;

  • Assist in the creation of the DTS customer journey (on-line and off-line);



  • Identify opportunities for new leads generation;

  • Sales and Marketing online research (product / competitor / price);

  • Assist the Sales Team with customer communications and sales operations;

  • Create internal communication for new product arrivals;



  • Assist Head of Logistics with updating purchase orders in the system;

  • Register expenses in the system;

  • There are no specific educational requirements for this role.

  • Experience in client facing communication and interaction is preferred, although not essential.

  • Excellent oral and written communication.

  • Innovative thinking focused around client sourcing, management and growth



  • The role will be remote based (70%)

  • Combining working from home, weekly meetings with Marketing Director in London / Sales Team, and two meetings per month in the company’s office in London or warehouse in Watlington (30%).
